Grand Hotel Dubai holds a special place in my heart. Every time I visit Qusais, this is where I find comfort, warmth, and a true sense of belonging. It’s not just a hotel; it feels like home. What makes this place even more extraordinary is the incredible hospitality of Mr. Rajender and Miss Kavya at the front reception. Their kindness, professionalism, and unwavering dedication create an experience that is nothing short of exceptional. Their professional attittude make every stay memorable, leaving a lasting impression long after I leave. It is because of them that I keep coming back, time and time again. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Rajendar and Kavya, for making such visits so special. My thanks to everyone who works behind the scenes to make this place feel like a second home..!

I stayed at Dubai Grand Hotel by Fortune with my two kids, and we had a great experience. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to the airport and metro, which made getting around easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and especially when we needed a few extensions due to flight arrangements—they were cooperative and made the process hassle-free. My kids loved the terrace pool, Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for families looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel in Dubai.

This is my go-to place whenever I visit Dubai and value for money and easy access to all available transportation methods (Car, Taxi, Bus, and Metro) also in-house restaurants, and sports bars worth a mention. Staff friendly and special mention of Ms. Kavya Kumari at the front desk. extremely helpful.

Nice and clean hotel. It's run by Indians so rooms are kind of Indian style fancy but nice and they are quite big fir the price. And the mix of Indian, Arabic and Western food on breakfast was just outstanding. 15 minutes easy walk to Dubai Metro. Good stable wifi.
